1. Review Architectural drawings, prepare catalogues and drawings from design intent and submit for approvals

2. Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project to ensure that the works are executed to the required quality standard and conform with the drawings

3. Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues

4. Liaise with consultants / sub-contractors/ client's representatives on the project matters

5. Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/ sub-cons on the project related matters

6. Work with the Architectural Consultants on the Authority submissions to statutory boards.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing architectural detailed drawings and working drawings (Architectural/ Structural) using AutoCAD and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
• Assist Project Team by providing timely drawings and best of knowledge with accurate information for construction.
• To assist in developing drawings and resolving discrepancies in the drawings with the Engineering Department & Project Team.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs/requests.
• Develop an as-built drawing for submission/ handover of the project completion to clients/ consultants.

• Assist Archi Manager to issue RFA/RFI/RAM reply to Main Contractor
• Assist Marketing Manager in overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and promotional needs, such as displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, website graphics, magazine advertorials, etc.
• Manage files for documentation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Description

- Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.

- Study and identify discrepancies intender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifications

- Source for quotations from subcontractors/suppliers, assist for evaluation and comparison for the received quotations and produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline

Job Requirements
