Reporting to Contracts Manager
Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying
2-5 years’ relevant experience with the contractor (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player, and able to meet tight
