We are collaborating with one of the largest of real estate groups in Singapore, specialize in developing and managing diverse properties, including malls, residential buildings, offices etc.

The Opportunities:

• 6 Months Contract
• Work location: Central (Clarke Quay)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm
• Up to $4,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing effective operations and maintenance of THE retail mall.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level
• Assist in annual budgeting, managing and administering all maintenance contracts and supervising expense for the operational needs of the mall
• Assist in the implementation of renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall.
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),
• Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.

Requirements:

• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work beyond standard operating hours, when required
• Willing to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes in the future (based on business needs)

Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter

• Working Location: Tagore Lane (Lentor MRT)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Time: 9am to 6pm [ 1 Hour Break ]
• Salary: $3500 - $5500

Responsibilities:

• Seeking tender opportunity
• Attend site briefing before tendering the project
• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required
• Obtaining sub-contractor’s quotation for various trade
• Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Management for final submission.
• Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview
• Monitoring progress and liaise with vendor
• Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure, submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission
• Attend site meeting for on-going project
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered
• Bonus point – able to work on AUTOCAD for drafting works
