To raise Sales Order and Invoices

• To attend to customer enquiry through email and phone calls Involved in customer order fulfilment activities; provide administrative and operational support to ensure on-time delivery

• Responsible for preparing documents/labels to meet customers’ requirement, as required

• Coordinating of shipments for export orders

• Coordinate with operation team to ensure delivery runs smoothly

• Assist with sales quotation to customers for standard items

• Attend to sales calls and follow-up with customers

• Involved in ensuring that inventory level is sufficient

• Coordinate on product replenishment with warehouse and production team

• Preparation and submission of invoices for timely billing

• Upkeep and maintain proper filing

• Perform any other ad hoc assignments assigned

Requirements:

• Immediate starter is preferred

• Entry level applicants are welcomed

• Competent in MS Office applications. Familiarity with Quickbooks software is an added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.

• Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player.

• Results-oriented and able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to start work within short notice/immediately.

We are currently seeking a Director of Communications to lead the strategic direction, planning and execution of employee and executive communications (internal/external communications for select executives) for Work Dynamics in Asia Pacific. This role manages engaging, informative and inspiring employee communications that reinforce our global strategy, support employee engagement and retention, and enable successful change management and transformation. When appropriate, this individual will partner on and drive external communications that strengthen Work Dynamics’ market presence and support marketing campaign efforts. The successful candidate will understand key messages and business challenges, translating them into clear and crisp messaging points, and will adeptly guide and support top level executives (including regional CEO) through communications initiatives. The individual will remain aligned with external marketing initiatives and champion JLL’s brand, purpose, culture and values, positioning JLL as an employer of choice and the premier global corporate real estate services provider.

This role will report to the Head of Global Communications, Work Dynamics.

Essential responsibilities

• Develop and execute successful employee and executive communication strategies and programs that align to business mission and goals
• Understand and clearly articulate each executive’s goals and objectives in relation to the business’ mission, values and strategic direction in all communications
• Develop robust strategic communication plans that include digital, on-demand and multi-channel execution; introduce and implement new ideas and best practices to ensure channels and content stay relevant and approachable
• Work closely with executives to prepare speeches, scripts and presentations for executive-level speaking engagements, including internal and external events
• Monitor social media for topics relevant to each executive’s area of expertise
• Develop thought leadership blog posts and contribute articles on behalf of executives on channels like LinkedIn
• Partner with Public Relations/external communications on executive messaging and key story placements
• Manage the organization’s major intranet, collaboration sites and internal communities
• Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on communications issues and change management programsCollaborate with global and Asia Pacific-region colleagues and counterparts to ensure aligned and consistent messaging drives desired results across geographies and partnering business lines
• As the business line’s regional communications subject matter expert, take on special projects as needed to further business objectives and support key stakeholders

The Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in communications marketing and/or journalism
• University degree
• Creative problem solver and self-starter with demonstrated creativity, bias toward innovation and ability to drive change
• Background working in a global, matrixed organization preferred
• Experience managing multiple communications channels and reaching disparate audiences
• Experience in change communications and working across geographies
• Expert stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate and promote multiple priorities of senior leaders concurrently
• Executive presence and comfort interacting with senior executives; ability to act as a trusted advisor
• Ability to work confidently and effectively with all levels of employees
• Proven ability to deliver excellent results in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Collaborative individual who works well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and editing skills
