· Assisting with preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) & Request for Proposal (RFP),

· Assisting the Procurement Department personnel on facility projects,

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering or its equivalent
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Submission of payment claims to the Employer.
• Submission of variation cost towards finalizing of the Main Contract Final Account.
• Procurement of sub-contractors for the project, including but not limited to preparation of tender documents, cost comparison, tender interviews and finalizing for Management’s approval.
• Sub-contract administration including but not limited to sub-contract documents, payment, variations, final account settlement.
• Provide assistance on the project cost control management.
• Guiding the quantity surveyors on procedure of works.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Contracts & QS, Project Manager/Director.

• Providing operational support to clients, and to site team.

• Updating work schedule;
