• Support the Safety Officer in campaigns and organize training courses to promote good environmental health standards.
• Assist the Safety Officer in managing workers' courses, reporting sick, home leave, and accommodation.
• Aid in achieving the safety standards required by the site’s developer.
• Handle safety aspects of activities affecting public areas or areas used by the public.

Job Details:

• Salary: FIXED $3,000 per month
• Office Location: Clarke Quay area (Mostly Islandwide due to field visit)
• Working Period: Immediate till December 2024 (renew or extend depending on project requirements)
• Working Days: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate in surveys
• Able to work in high pressure, stressful situations
• Selected candidates are required to complete the training course and passed the tests based on the given criteria
