• Arrange and carry out tender interview, negotiate of price with suppliers and subcontractors including of preparation of sub-contract agreement / letter of award.
• Monitoring progress claims and payments, sub-contractors payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts.
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Singapore construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software

Supervise and perform electrical wiring and installation related works.

Check co workers performance and report to the manager on a daily basis.

Follow instructions provided by the site managers.
