Job Responsibilties :

• Preparation of proposal, update and cross check to ensure update of correct information
• Appointment setting for the sales team and liaise with customer
• Updating of photo screenshot/documents of the customer
• Email/phone calls to customer introducing maintenance and leading to sales package

Requirements :

• GCE 'O’ level and above
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable to make call out to customers
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to details
• Proficiency with office applications and aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Strong team player with willingness to help as needed

This position will report to Business Support Manager and provide general administrative in Business Support to the Business Development team to achieve its deliverables efficiently and effectively. On the job training will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•

Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.

•

Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.

•

Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.

•

Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.

•

Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.

•

Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.

Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

•

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.

•

At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.

• To provide support to the project team for managing and contractual and commercial aspect
• Manage the Bill of Quantities of equipment and component
• Follow up with suppliers on the quantity’s evolution.
• Identifying, analysing and developing response to commercial risks
• Elaborating and follow up the Bill of Quantities (BQ)
• Prepare drawing, tender specification to suppliers to quotes.
• Obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender requirements.
• Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing.
• Carry out the detailed breakdown pricing.
• Understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements. Understanding and knowledge in Design & Build Tender is prefer
• To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.

• Coordinate and work closely with clients and our Sales and Project teams with regard to project execution and site installation, including site surveys, measurements and site visits to track installation and works progress;
• Assist the Project Manager with site supervision, contract documentation and other administrative matters;
• Coordination and compilation of project documentation/shop drawings/as-built drawings/photos, etc for submission to clients, their consultants and other authorities as required;
• Assist the Sales and Project teams with orders tracking, preparation and compilation of sales and marketing collaterals, tender documentation and other progress reports as may be required;
• Work with appointed sub-contractors and relevant regulatory authorities and ensure proper coordination of our project deliveries in accordance with agreed schedules and deadlines;
• Compilation and submission of applications to various authorities for licenses, permits etc;
• To assist in preparing/closing off project performance bonds, insurance and warranty matters; and
• Perform other tasks and assignments as may be delegated.

• Capable of managing complete sets of accounts
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of claims
• Generate necessary documents (e.g., Delivery Orders, Credit Notes, Invoices)
• Oversee asset and inventory management
• Handle payroll processing
• Calculate and submit GST
• Prepare monthly financial statements for management review
• Maintain cashbook and record general journal entries
• Monitor the company's cash flow, income, and expenses

Requirements:

• Preferably degree from relevant background
• Experienced in handling full sets of accounts
• Able to handle dynamic environment of working in a growing SME
• Able to work independently
• Responsible and reliable
• With eye for details & flexibility to manage and implement new operational systems that enhance workflow of the Company
