Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relation with tenants in the industrial park
• Managing tenants’ feedback, complaints etc and maintenance requests
• To do report writing & coordinate action plan with other departments to resolve tenants’ requests or problems
• Actively seeking tenants’ feedback so as to make continuous improvements to our services

Requirement:

• Relevant experience in the property management industry
• Must have experience writing reports in English
• Proficient in Chinese to interact with Chinese speaking tenants or counterparts
• Ok to be based in Batam

• Lead the tender team to prepare tender submission for new building construction projects.
• Handle tender works and provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.
• Check tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
• Manage the presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
• Prepare technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• At least 7 years as a Project Manager experience in tendering of new Building Construction Projects in Singapore for Mega Projects.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, and scheduling and able to understand project implications.

Project Planning

• Preparation of the Company's Quality Assurance Manual and the ongoing control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
• Preparation and control of project system management documentation prior to the project commencement.
• Preparation of method statements for tenders and projects.

Project Execution

• Monitor all quality-related activities for ongoing projects
• Ensure non-conformance reports are rectified
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Perform inspection on all procedures and prepare inspection checklists
• Coordinate with the site team regarding any ongoing site issues.
• Prepare weekly progress report and address all QA / QC concerns.

Subcontractor and Supplier Management

• Verify Main Contractor quality requirements to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
