Duties of M&E Executive:

• Manage and maintain M&E systems, including Electrical, ACMV, Lighting, Generators, AV, Fire Protection, Elevators, Telecommunication, Kitchen Exhaust, Grease Interceptor, and Wi-Fi.
• Implement preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Develop emergency response plans for incidents like pipe bursts and power failures.
• Lead sustainability efforts and ensure compliance with Green Mark standards.
• Prepare monthly reports, manage budgets, and supervise accounts payable for property-related expenses.
• Work with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve tenant issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• At least 5 years’ in related field (Commericial Buildings)
• Comfortable to commit alternate Saturdays

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Preparation of detailed schedule and monitoring the progress closely to ensure on-time completion
• Prepare detailed method statements and relevant documents
• Coordinate between client, sub-contractor(vendors), suppliers and internal team
• Attend the meeting with the stakeholders
• Generate and handle company reports, meetings, and documents required
• Propose alternative work method or other way to increase productivity
• Handle technical and engineering issue
• Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in the construction & supervision of vehicular structures and road projects preferably with LTA infrastructure projects
• Should have technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction especially in foundation, structural, ERSS and viaduct
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Attained CSCPM/BCSS, Work At Height, confined space certification would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
