Duties:

• Coordinate with Operations for day to day schedule.
• Manage the works execution and performance of junior staff. Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards.
• Deliver quality services and handle clients complaints.
• Provide appropriate solutions, alternatives to clients within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Upkeep site cleaning equipments, supplies, and ensure they are always available and serviceable.
• Ensure staff aware of health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in cleaning equipments and machines, handling of cleaning chemicals, and other cleaning related experiences.
• Proven experience as Supervisor or relevant role.
• Willing to travel island wide.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager

• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters

• Supervise and Coordinate day to day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.

• Carry out Site inspection and upkeep of site documentations

• Manage and ensure timely completion of construction/ civil works

• Attend meetings, liaise with consultants, clients, etc

• Undertake any other work duties as required by the project

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma, Degree in Civil Engineering/ Structural/ Building Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position

• Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD,
