As a Project Control Manager your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the project control activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Minimally a Diploma in Information Technology, Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge and experience working on 3-tier system architecture, Express NodeJS, ReactJS, and Flutter.

• Familiarity with Amazon AWS services, such as EC2 and RDS.

• Strong problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Strong communication skills, providing technical support to end-users with different levels of tech savviness.

The Quantity Surveyor (QS) at Terkin Builder Pte Ltd will play a key role in managing the costs and finances of construction projects from inception to completion. The QS will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost estimates and prepare budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Monitor project progress and costs, and provide regular financial reports to project teams.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variations as necessary.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment for project decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize project costs and profitability.
