We are seeking an individual with structural technical experience for the position of Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Site Supervisor at Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Singapore operations. The candidate will work directly with the Construction Managers and the subcontractors throughout the six-year construction phase of the largest multistory data center in Asia (The Project).

Reporting to the Construction Managers, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating site-related works with the Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Subcontractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents. This role is focused on working in the field and will report directly to the Construction Manager. This candidate should understand all aspects of construction in relation to executing work on-site.

It is expected that the candidate will be detail-oriented with previous experience working as a Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Site Supervisor on data center projects and/or other complex technical projects. There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work coordinating with contractors in the field during the installation of all aspects of the project superstructure. The candidate must have strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. • Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices

Requirements:

• Any Diploma or Degree
• Must Construction Related Experince.
• Min 5 year relevant experience in the related eld for this position in main-con companies.
• Familiar with local standards, project implementation and building codes.

. Prepare and complete construction drawings using AutoCaD software.

. Revise drawings based on instructions from Project Manager.

. Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.

. Communicate effectively and work closely with consultants, sub-contractors and project team members.

. Ensure drawing and design meet project deadline.

. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma in Architectural/Engineering field or equivalent, or BCA recognized certificate in drafting knowledge.

. Experienced in AUTOCAD/ BIM software.

. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Civil Engineering/ Construction/Quantity Surveying industry.

. Independent with good communication skill.

. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Language but is not compulsory.

. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
