Construction company requires Quantity Surveyor, must be able to handle and good skill in building quantity surveying, minimum Five (5) years experience in landedd houses construction. The applicant must have the following :-

-Creating a construction schedule.

-Balancing the budget.

-Assigning tasks to the various contractors and subcontractors.

-Tracking activities in a project from beginning to end.

-Working with vendors.

-Managing supplies.

-Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts.

-Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones.
