In charge of coordinating and supervising a restaurant's kitchen staff according to food safety standards.
Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients
Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs
Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
To maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Arrange and Plan daily ordering of food and supplies.
Job Requirements:
Min diploma in any field.
Min 3 years of working experience in similar role.
Credentials in health and safety training is an advantage
