Job description:
- Monitoring and responding to calls, emails, and WhatsApp Business chats
- Contact customers for repair services including remote diagnostics, part ordering and payment verification
- Management of customer appointments
- Compliance with workplace safety and security
- Liaise with supervisor on customer feedback
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirement:
- 1 year customer service experience (Preferred)
- Aptitude to quickly learn basic technical concepts and communicate to technical & non-technical audiences
- Experience with macOS, iOS (Preferred)
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy
