Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Call Consultants to deliver results of the highest level
Train, coach and mentor Call Consultants by delivering weekly trainings
Manage and coordinate the activities of the team to efficiently manage the output of assigned tasks
Monitor the performance of team members by means of reports and observation
Assist absent Call Consultants by calling to confirm their appointments
Call and fix for more appointments when manpower is down
Ensure every Call Consultant hits the monthly call target
Accountable for team conduct and productivity
Carrying out special duty
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales calls and closing
Preferably with financial services (banking or insurance) call centre background
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
Working experience in Singapore market is highly desirable
Availability to start immediately is preferred
Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese clients
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Office hours
5 days / week
