Responsibilities:
Responsible for individual KPI
Attend to calls/emails enquires.
Perform call consultation and secure appointments with prospects.
Achieve monthly targets.
Engage and establish relationship with prospects from daily assigned pool of leads.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during call and text with prospect.
Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales calls and closing.
Preferably with financial services (banking or insurance) call centre background.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Working experience in Singapore market is highly desirable.
Availability to start immediately is preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Office hours
5 days / week
