About the Role

The key responsibility of the Wealth Centre Manager (WCM) is to be the first point of contact for all guests at the Wealth Centre. The WCM is expected to provide high service standards to customers and financial consultants who visit the Wealth Centre. He/She is to ensure guests are brought into their respective meeting spaces and be proactive in supporting the needs of the customers at the premise.

Success in this role is centred on strong interpersonal skills as well as a result oriented and customer focused mindset to offer best in class service to guests at the Wealth Centre.

What you will do:

• Wealth Centre Manager is to serve with passion and confidence. Service styles are always proactive and genuine. The outcome is to create a deliberate and differentiated customer experience.
• Expected to be well groomed and project high level of professionalism in all customers’ interaction. The WCM is to provide consistent and positive customer experience to all customers, paying particular attention in Welcoming, leading to meeting spaces and ensuring customer is well hosted at the premise with welcome drink and snacks.
• Participate in districts’ engagement events or other customer events such as Investment Seminars.
• To upkeep and maintain the Wealth centre premise and support merchandising activities in accordance with prescribed standards as stated in a Checklist. To diligently perform the role of the “Floor Manager” ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly.
• As a service ambassador, required to constantly identify ways to improve customer service and strive to exceed the required service standards set for the wealth centre.
• The WCM is required to be familiar with AIA Altitude, the customer loyalty programme, and its privileges and offerings so that we can address to enquiries.
• Maintain and manage the premise booking system and work closely with financial consultants who has made an appointment, ensuring necessary supporting services are ready before client’s arrival.
• The WCM will be responsible in managing and updating the inventories used in the wealth centre as well as the budget for the Wealth Centre.
• Responsible in generating monthly reports to present stock take results, expense and feedback received from customers.
• Managing 3rd party vendors that will support in various day to day duties in the premise which includes housekeeping, catering and serving of welcome snack and drinks.

What you should have:

• Minimum 7 years of Customer Service experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels and influence people from diverse cultural background.

• Experience in managing High-Net-Worth Segment is an advantage.

• Ability to operate at a strategic level as well as being comfortable with tactical delivery.

• Excellent crisis management skills and presentation skills.

• Self-starter with sense of urgency, ability to work without close supervision and positive attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications.

About the Role

Championing and implementing digitalization and self-help capabilities (i.e Chatbot, RPA and any future servicing portal) at customer service touch points to achieve Next Generation servicing and Leading Customer Experience.

Uphold the responsibilities in Complaint Management and deliver Fair Dealing Outcome in resolving customers’ complaints in an independent, effective and prompt manner.

Analyse data to identify trend for automation and process improvement for Operational Efficiency and Quality of Service.

- Support Head, Customer Service in driving digital transformation and self-help tools at service touch points in Singapore and OSS Contact Centre with - Compliance and Operational Risk in mind.

- Responsible for designing “as if” and “to be” in customer experience journey on transformation tools.

- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and spearhead in implementing digitalization and self-help capabilities to achieve Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision in Joyous CX.

- Drive e-portals utilization rate, focus on accuracy and quality of contents and increase customer satisfaction ratings.

- Develop and implement customer centric strategies and framework to deliver consistent high standard and quality service to our customers and business partners.

- Support investigation of complainants escalated to Customer Service section and communicate investigation findings/outcome to complainant/business partners within the required turnaround time.

- Attend to enquiries/feedback received at the various customer service touch points.

-Use of data to identify and recommend any process/operational enhancements or new service propositions to improve customer service and experience.

- Support Section Head in implementing and maintaining a centralized knowledge library as source for future omnichannel servicing portal.

- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Section Head in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

About the Role

Responsible for launching customer promotions and existing customer campaigns, including structuring campaign mechanics and ensure seamless implementation end-to-end.

Key objectives derived from campaigns are to meet company’s ANP/VoNB targets, as well as to increase repurchase from existing customers. Campaigns are to integrate with Technology, Digital Platforms and Analytics as we move towards digitizing our offers to customers, creating a seamless online journey.

The role is a key team player in contributing to the overall Objective Key Results of the Customer Value Management team.

• Responsible in campaign management and ensuring timely end-to-end campaign execution. From conceptualization to cost analysis, working out operational process, technical enhancements and digital implementation as well as getting clearance for necessary approvals.
• Initiating discussions with Product, Actuarial, Risk and Compliance on campaign offer, work out financial projections and getting campaign paper approval.
• Lead discussions and provide campaign requirements to Technology and Operations team, accountable towards successful campaign implementation for frontend and backend systems.
• Conceptualizing product campaigns for existing customers by working closely with Product Development team and keeping the team’s Objective Key Results in mind.
• Ideating customer promotions to drive business outcomes and creating a frictionless technical implementation for our distribution channels.
• Working closely with Marketing Specialist in the team to come up with campaign proposition for different existing customer segments. Communicate key marketing message to internal and external customers through various digital platforms.
• Presentation on campaign proposition effectively to internal stakeholders including conducting sharing sessions with our financial services consultants. Ability to answer queries and refine campaign process through suggestions received from stakeholders and distribution channels.
• Leverage on campaign data analytics to provide recommendations to optimise campaign performance including post campaign analysis.
• Perform other responsibilities periodically assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or relevant fields
• 3-5 years of Marketing or Product Management experience within the insurance industry is required.
• Applicants from Banking and Finance industry are also encouraged to apply.

Identify trend and business needs from these requests, and propose long-term solutions Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in quantitative fields such as Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Operations Research. 3-5 years of experience in business analytics or data science, turning large datasets into actionable insights. Curious, highly motivated self-starter who is adept at problem solving and comfortable with learning new analytical skills. Strong SQL programming skill (mandatory). Experience using Tableau, Alteryx, and Python is preferred.
