Maintain and order pantry stocks e.g. drinks and snacks and maintenance of coffee machine.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (issue visitor access card, etc).
Liaising with customers, contractors, building management, suppliers and cleaner.
Weekly check on cleaning services e.g. cleanliness of office carpet, pantry, etc, and provide feedback to cleaning service vendor on any unsatisfied work done.
Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.
General maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment.
Ensure that all the main doors (general areas) are duly locked securely after office hour
Coordinate fire drill exercise and maintain proper records after each exercise.
Maintain and upkeep of ABPGROUP offices key press box.
Handle letterbox and distribute letters.
Arrange ad hoc office lunch ordering, company events and other administrative duties.
