Technical Skills:

• Full Stack Development: Knowledge of full-stack development processes and technologies.
• Minimum 8 years experience in industry
• Bachelor Degree

Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
• Analysing client as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
• To build and manage a team of maintenance service engineers with competency to match the expectation of the customers.
• Plan and manage the maintenance team who will attend to response within the SLA.
• Be clear of contractual obligations, contracts validity and contracts renewal with client.
• Meet and exceed Financial KPI for the service team.
