- Oversee, revise and plan the maintenance schedule
- Inspect and oversee all maintenance visits are completed before end of contracts.
- Monitor all follow-up jobs and KIV to ensure engineers accomplish it and inform the finance team.
- Facilitate communication between the sales and operations teams.
- Support Service Operations Engineers in achieving their service sales goals.
- Strengthen partnerships with both contractual and non-contractual clients.
- Guarantee service sales forecasts and work pricing are accurate.
- Uplift and encourage department employees.
- Perform ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum certificate in science or engineering, or similar studies
- Capable of using Microsoft Office programs
- Communication, verbal and written skills
