Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair automatic and manual welding machines and/or CNC Machining
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and propose appropriate solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Resolve production technical concerns and requirements.
Provide in-house training on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to support product development and improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience as aService Engineer or similar role in the O&G industry
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel frequently to Philippines and Malaysia as needed.
