· Responsible for automatic and manual welding machines and/or CNC Machining
· Diagnosing machines and propose appropriate solutions.
· Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration and resolve technical concerns
· Provide in-house training on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
· Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
· Work closely with the sales and engineering teams
· Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the O&G industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Philippines and Malaysia as needed.
