Working Hours : 10.30am to 9.30pm (4 days per week)
- 2 weeks per week and on every weekend, including PH

Job Description
• Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
• Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales, call centre and online orders
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers and liaise with the Commercial team
• Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-department colleagues
• Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties

Customer Service Officer (Logistics)

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: Office Hours

Job Description

• Preparation of shipping documents for land/sea import/export
• Collaborate across teams including sales, logistics and planning for customer service strategies
• Oversee the order management process, including order entry, processing and shipment
• Handle high volume of transactions and coordination
• Resolve customer / sales complaints and issues
• Identify solutions and implement corrective actions for raised complaints and issues

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Logistics knowledge and understanding of import/export preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Advise the employment of all related manpower in Singapore, handling claims and complaints regarding employment and related disputes etc.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new information or changes to ensure accurate advice are given to customers.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new government policies and requirements
• Handle customer calls during crisis situations and build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.
• Providing feedback on processes, suggesting improvements to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Must be comfortable in handling queries from callers
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Customer Service Experience preferred
