Job Description:
- Create service RMA/IRMA for incoming jobs.
- Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Monitor and track the status of overseas work.
- Generate purchase orders for service parts and third-party services.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- No experience is welcome to apply as training is provided
- Experience in using Oracle systems is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to commit for 1 year.
