• Collates, packs and co-ordinates for all internal outgoing mails using courier services both local and overseas.
• Support Facilities Management
• Contact courier services companies for Airway bills and envelopes if stock runs low.
• Maintain proper records for incoming and outgoing parcels.
• Managing the meeting room request bookings when required.
• Controlling of Visitors and Insurances passes.
• Manage ad hoc requests from meetings, i.e. serving of meals and beverages for lunch meetings etc.
• Participate as Assistant Fire Warden during Fire Drill.

• Place order for pantry essentials like beverages, snacks as required for office use consumption.
• Work closely with pantry lady for pantry supplies.
