We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly approach and the ability to multitask efficiently. As our organization's first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Offer and serve tea, coffee, or other drinks to visitors as requested.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
· Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable always.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and logging deliveries.
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms as needed.
· Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
· Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
· Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
· Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Professional appearance
· Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, [Monday to Friday]
