Description
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited scanning, filing, and document preparation.
• Book flight tickets and make travel arrangement for staffs.
• Support the team in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements
• Basic Computer and MS knowledge
• Experience in Filing and other basic admin Duties
• Preferably Singaporean / SPR
