Job responsibilities and requirements
- Remote/On-site diagnosis and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration on the End-User devices
- Manning helpdesk calls and emails and providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Manage/Change request on client site equipment
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Follow-up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Provide good customer service experience
- Able to work on night shift (3 days work and 3 days off)
Work experience – 1 year or more
Languages: Mandarin and English
