Job Description:
- Process high volume of quotations, sales orders and invoicing accurately and promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
- Arrange transportation for local delivery and liaise with warehouse for the packing and delivery of goods.
- Attend to walk-in customers.
- Preparing and verifying export documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned within reasonableness.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level Qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in order processing or customer service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented with excellent accurancy and multi-tasking abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
