Responsibilities:
General Warehouse Duties / Stock Receiving / Inbound Cargo Inspection, Putaway, Picking & Packing, etc.
To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.
To prepare all shipping document for import and export shipment. To arrange timely delivery
To perform the role of contact point with internal and external stakeholder on shipment arrangement.
To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately. (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents and inventory records etc).
To prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.
Liaise with Forwarders/Transporters

Education & Qualifications
GCE ‘N’ Levels
Experience
3 years’ relevant experience in managing a team
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Relevant experience in SAP operations will be an advantage
Able to reply emails in chinese due to clients' profiles.
