• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage

• Receive Service Request / Incident through phone, email and Helpdesk Ticketing tool.
• Basic technical support at the End User Computing (EUC) and network level: PC, iPad, Laptop, WAN and LAN.
• User Account Management (Add, Delete and Change) and follow Change Management processes.
• Escalate to Level 2 engineer if the issue not resolved.
• Remotely assist users with support needs.
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.

1. First and Second level technical support for users’ desktops and laptops (Windows OS)

a. Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, operating system, software problems relating to desktops, laptops including logging into it remotely if required

b. Manage Windows XP, Windows 7/10/11, MS Office 2003 and above, network connectivity, printer mapping and folder mapping etc.

2. Office 365 Administration

a. Office 365 Admin center administration eg. user creation, deletion, shared mailboxes etc

b. Intune administration eg. enrol and unjoin devices etc

3. PC Setup

a. AD creation for users eg. create, delete, disable etc

b. Join computer to domain

4. Software support

a. Standard Office 365 software support eg. Teams desktop, MS Word, MS Excel etc

b. Other Apps support eg. Adobe Acrobat installation and license assignment, Zoom, Forticlient etc

5. Endpoint protection support

a. Trend Micro Apex One installation and administration

6. Printers support

a. Printers and Konica copiers MFP setup and support including scanning / incoming faxes configuration

7. IT Assets

a. Annual PC Tech refresh for users

b. Maintains hardware and software inventory and keep it up to date – prepare checkout forms and check-in

c. Assist in annual assets condemnation exercise

8. Liaise with vendors for servicing and quotation.

9. Perform patch update and upgrades to computers, hardware, and software as required for end users’ devices

• Three (3) years of working experience in Data Centre Engineer Operations experience;
• Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM) or equivalent; and ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent
• Work with Customer-appointed Supplier on site preparation tasks such as network cabling and electrical wiring, when required.
• Ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.
• Work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer.
• Plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties, obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of the data centre design layouts.
• Manage the physical security of the data centre in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Customer.
• Monitor the following physical security infrastructure to ensure they are within the operating levels defined by the Customer:
• · Security Alarm and Security Card Access System; and
• · Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide timely and effective technical support for application-related incidents and service requests.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, both independently and in collaboration with development teams.

3. Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance enhancements.

4. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations for application improvements.

6. Maintain documentation related to application configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and known issues.

7. Participate in application deployment and release management activities.

8. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in application support processes.

9. Support UAT and Interface Testing

Requirements:

1. Must have minimum 5 years experience.

2. Strong technical knowledge and experience in supporting enterprise-level applications.

3. Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues, performing log analysis, and using monitoring tools.

4. Experience with databases and SQL query language.

5. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL principles.
