Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in accordance to airline requirements.
- Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the status.
- Assist passengers with odd sized bags.
- Answer hotline calls on baggage matters.
Requirements:
- Local NITEC or Higher NITEC (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
- Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
- Comfortable with working 6-days work week, rotational shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Overnight)
- Work in Changi Airport
