Our glient is a global bank. They are looking for an entry-level Securities & Derivative Analyst to focus on processing orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices in collaboration with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The primary goal of this position is to support the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.

Duration: Till 30th November 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trade verifications and ensure the accuracy of booking requests.
• Generate and match trade confirmations using ISDA templates.
• Complete settlement tasks, daily rate revaluations, and regulatory controls.
• Coordinate transaction issues and collaborate with departments to find solutions.
• Prepare and submit internal/external regulatory reports and participate in GL proofing exercises.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-risk environment.
• Strong proficiency in excel (pivot table, vlookup, macros) and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

· Performing of independent checks on customer and different type of portfolios

· Identifying and addressing of potential risk and escalate when needed

· Reviewing of information from different sources and analyzing of AML risk assessment

· Document findings and preparing of case files

· Following up with stakeholders and relationship managers when required for clarifications and missing information

· Performing of market analysis and contribute to company AML regulations

· Inputting of data and information into system and ensuring accurate entries

· Escalating high risk matters to compliance team

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

· Minimum 1 years of relevant AML or compliance experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
