HR System Automation Project - Until end of Dec ( then extentional based on projects needs)

Our Client is a dynamic and innovative medium financial firm, and we are embarking on an exciting HR System Automation Project. We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Delivery Lead with a passion for driving successful projects to join our team and contribute to the achievement of defined project objectives. As Singapore is a key APAC business hub for our client, the project is crucial to our expansion in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT service delivery for the HR System Automation Project, ensuring the achievement of project objectives and timely delivery.
• Utilize Agile methodology to streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Drive automation projects, leveraging your expertise to implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
• Possess good knowledge of Core HR systems, such as Workday, contributing to seamless integrations and functionality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate key routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plan and coordinate delivery, ensuring effective collaboration and dependencies across various teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and adherence to timelines.
• Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership, focusing on delivery progress, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working closely with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, interacting effectively at all levels.
• Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite and demonstrate solid experience in process release management.
• Can work unsupervised, being a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing successful project delivery.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills at all levels.

Skills Needed:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in software IT service delivery.
• Proven work experience in Agile methodology, effectively managing project workflows.
• Successful track record in driving and implementing automation projects.
• Strong understanding of testing processes, ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
• Good knowledge of Core HR systems, particularly Workday implementation project is a big plus.
