Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales Support: Support direct sales activities in Singapore.
- Regional Dealer Support: Provide after-sales services, including technical support and customer satisfaction, to regional dealers.
- Warranty Handling: Manage warranty claims and resolve warranty-related issues efficiently.
- Product and Quality Coordination: Work closely with the product division to address product quality and related technical issues.
Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 2 to 3 direct reports, ensuring effective performance and development.
