JOB DESCRIPTION:
a) To provide 1st line service support to key account customers to achieve quick resolution of operation issues.
b) To perform standby duty to make available 24 hours support via a hotline to satisfy customer’s needs.
c) To conduct site survey at customers’ place to ensure adequate preparation prior to machine installation.
d) To perform machine installation in a timely and smooth manner to meet the user’s requirements.
e) To perform babysitting in pre-sales machine evaluation project to meet customer’s requirements.
f) To raise nonconformance & issues tracker report as when necessary and to follow up the issues until it is closed.
g) To ensure that all job sheets are clearly completed and endorsed by customer before submission.
h) To be involved in and enforce quality practices at all times to line with AmericanTec Quality drive.
i) To ensure the timely submission of all required reports and to keep the superior updated at all times.
j) Develop and execute continuous improvements, initiatives and manage KPI.
k) Establish and maintain excellent relations with suppliers, customers and business partners.
l) Develop business plans and objectives; pro-actively engage in business development activities, lead and motivate an effective working team, improve and achieve performance targets and business growth.
m) Other duties as and when required.
