Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming calls and emails
• Plan and collect daily deliveries and collections
• Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes
• Follow up and responds promptly to customers’ enquiries
• Work closely with vendors such as warehouse, transporters and shipping agents to resolve customers’ issues
• Assist with generating customers’ daily invoices
• Follow with customers on outstanding AR
• Provide administrative support to the sales team

Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Dangerous Goods will be an added advantage
• Willing to learn and able to adapt in fast paced environment
