Job Description
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Responsible to handle coverage support (24x7 mobile support) and provide permanent solution / workaround depending on the nature of issue.
2 Collaborate with interface teams to troubleshoot any interface issues and provide resolution.
3 Collaborate with Business users and stakeholders to understand and troubleshoot issues and provide resolution.
4 Work with Infrastructure / Cloud operations teams for any change requests, issues, patching activities etc.
5 Perform deployment release management activities.
6 Collaborate with development squad to provide insights for defect fix by providing analysis performed.
Requriements
1. Programming language/framework: Java, Spring MVC, MySQL.
2. Hands-on experience in Linux & Shell.
3. Hands-on experience in SQL.
4. Hands-on experience in AWS services.
5. Experience in using ITSM tools.
6. Experience in Release Management activities.
7.Knowledge of Airline Domain.
8. Knowledge in Splunk & Datadog
