We are looking for IT Infrastructure Service Management Team Lead on a 12 months extendable contract role with a potential to extend further.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that all desktop data bearing assets are managed in accordance with Morgan Stanley policies and procedures throughout the IMAC (Installs, Moves, Add and Changes) lifecycle.
• Assist Infrastructure Service Manager in the region to manage/advise the local team whose remit will include the receipt, building, configuring, installing, moving, break-fixing and decommissioning desktop assets as well as inventory and stock management.
• Provide support and assistance on the asset disposal process and partner with different teams that involved.
• Provide project management services for all Install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) within a building and minor space reconfiguration project.
• Provide comprehensive move coordination services to support the scheduled relocation of workspace contents and associated personal items.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and execution of all move related activities.
• Provide administration of the contract for construction and manage the assigned vendor.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Communication, Information Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5 years or above working experience in networking/ engineering Position.
• Have a passion for research new technology and be a continuous learner.
• Good analytical reasoning and problem-solving skill, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Good team player.
• Able to demonstrate good team leadership skills.
• Proven experience of adherence to detailed processes.
• Have a good understanding of Networks, IP addressing and Voice Infrastructure.
• Ability to identify accurately all types of desktop hardware.
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Good working knowledge of commonly used software packages
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
