Responsibilities
· To coordinate with sales teams and course consultants on course information and enrolment matters
· To provide accurate course information, including funding terms and conditions to learners and corporate clients
· To ensure payments are collected
· To administer learner satisfaction surveys
· To maintain good working relationship with sales partners etc.
Qualifications
· Degree in any major
·Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Pleasant disposition with strong communications skills
· Willing to work on weekends due to nature of operations
· Experionce in training or education industry is an added advantage
