Requirements:

Qualification:

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer-facing role

Duties:

• Communicating and answering queries via WhatsApp, phone calls and emails.
• Booking and confirming appointments
• Registering of clients
• Settling invoices and payments
• Obtaining medical history and basic information of pets from clients
• Some administrative duties
