Work location: Marina Blvd/Sengkang Grand Mall

Workdays: 6 days per week

Working hours: 12 hours per day following the shopping mall operation hours

Monthly Salary: S$2,000 to 2,300

A reputable laundry/dry clean company is looking for a reliable and accountable customer service assistant (counter staff) to operate one of their outlets. You are responsible for the operation of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily shop operations, including maintaining a tidy and clean shop environment during the opening and closing.
2. Respond to customer queries professionally and follow the job process stated in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
3. Check all the receiving cleaning/dry cleaning items carefully and make necessary remarks.
4. Issue invoices, ensure all payments received are correct, and tally with POS.
5. Check customer’s receipts and prepare all wash/dry clean items accurately for the customer.
6. Input all customers’ details into the system to enable communication with customers as necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to read and write English and Chinese, as you must write the remarks correctly and communicate professionally with the team at the workshop and dynamic customers.
2. A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience or working in customer service is welcome to apply.
3. Available to work various shifts, including weekends.
4. Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and confident way of greeting customers.
5. A friendly personality and meticulous working attitude.
6. Capability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
7. Willing to work/rotate between Marina Blvd and Sengkang Grand Mall.

Working Location: Upper Thomason Road (TE5, TE6)

Work Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours:

9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday) & 9 am to 1 pm (Saturday)

Monthly Salary Ranges: S$2,700 to S$3,200

Job Summary:

As a care coordinator, you are part of a supportive team responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate care coordination services for patients. You also liaise with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage patient care services in collaboration with health providers.
2. Assist in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans.
3. Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding of care processes.
4. Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and services provided.
5. Assist patients with navigating healthcare services, including pre and post-care requirements.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care procedures and policies.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a biomedical, marketing or business-related field.
2. Hardworking and caring with a strong interest in the medical field.
3. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or patient care coordination is preferred.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

A. Customer Service

1. Process Customer Orders

- Prepare sales order, purchase order and delivery order.

- Request for product samples.

2. Follow up with customer on order forecast/update delivery status

- Tracking document, sales report (CS Verification).

3. Handle customer enquiries/feedback (via email, attend to phone calls).

B. Shipping and Logistics

1. Shipping arrangements

- Prepare container cubing list.

- Liaise with forwarders for booking of continers and trucking arrangements.

- Ensure shipping documents are complete (from affiliates/working partner).

- Prepare shipping documents.

- Assist in cost control: freight rates comparison and provide monthly updates to management.

- Negotiate with forwarders to get the best rates.

2. Delivery arrangements

- Coordinate with working partners on delivery arrangements.

- Check delivery schedule to ensure delivery is on time.

- Understand transportation cost and plan schedule to maximize profit.

3. Inventory planning and forecast.

C. Sales/Accounts Support

1. Billing - prepare invoice, prepare documents for submission to Accounts Dept.

2. Prepare purchase invoice, A/P and A/R.

3. Prepare RFQ and sales quotations.

4. Prepare sales reports for sales team as needed.

5. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior/manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Autocount System: order process, accounting, inventory, generating reports such as sales report, sales by agent, monthly sales analysis and customer data history.

2. Proficient in Microsoft application.

3. Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay with both internal and external stakeholders in Southeast Asia and China.

4. Good learning agility and time management.
