Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with various departments such as plan, monitor, appraise and review job contributions to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to Customers
- Meet customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups.
- Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics;
- Take ownership and action appropriately escalated customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Coordinate workflow between customers and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work with internal members to ensure smooth delivery/execution of services
- Allocate, coordinate and monitor job orders and resources
- Assist managers with ad-hoc matters
Requirements:
- Degree or its equivalent, preferably in Logistics or Operations Management (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem solving and follow-up skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Able to commence work with short notice.
- Work location at Pandan Road
- 5.5 work week (Alt Sat)
