ERP Application Support Manager

Job Summary:
The Support Manager will lead the support team, ensuring efficient operation and support to customers. The role involves managing system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams. A minimum of 5 years of ERP support experience, SAP B1 preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the support team and ensure timely issue resolution
- Serve as the main point of contact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring
- Develop support processes and provide user training to enhance system adoption
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor system performance
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of ERP, SAP B1 preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Process-oriented with attention to detail and a focus on system improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of ERP support experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- SAP B1 preferred
