Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via the company hotline and various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google through phone calls and text messages.
- Help customers make appointments via phone and online channel. (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp)
- Handle and resolve customers' grievances.
- Be the first point-of-contact for all potential customers of the company.
- Follow up on customer’s appointment.
- Provide insight on customer feedback, trends, and behaviour to increase company sales.
- Solicit actively for positive reviews on our existing platforms.
Competencies and Skills Required
- Good communication skill
- Able to listen actively.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Able to handle pressure.
- Positive working attitude.
- Customer oriented.
- Education: GCE O Level/ Diploma
- Minimum one year experience in service sector
- Fresh graduate and entry level are welcome to apply.
Location
- Hybrid working environment, 50% to be stationed at The Arcade, Raffles Place, 50% Remote work.
