Pre-requites:

1. Degree or diploma in mass communications or marketing (Fresh graduates welcomed to apply)

2. Proficient in photography and videography
3. Proficient in the use of Adobe Premiere Pro

4. Experience in digital marketing preferred

5. Team player with good interpersonal skills

Job Description

Delivery meals to frail home bound elderly clients

Accompany and assist elderly for medical appointments

Work with care team to identify the needs of the elderly clients

Job description of caseworker

Conduct home visit and assessment of client’s needs and financial situation

Prepare social report and present to Senior Social Worker for approval

Develop care plans and enroll clients for elderly service program

Provide practical support to operational needs of department

Prepare, file and maintain proper documentation and updates of clients’ data

Regular follow up and review to assess progress and additional needs of clients

Engage and coordinate with different stakeholders to support delivery of care plans for clients

Qualifications and Competencies

Diploma holder in any discipline

Experience in social service sector will be an advantage

Computer literacy in Microsoft office

Comfortable and able to speak and enagage with the elderly

Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

Team player with integrity, patience and commitment
