- Meet department cost & quality objectives
- Direct interface with Customer and Suppliers on resolving product quality issues with 8D etc.
- Perform special projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Science
- Min 5 years of experience in Engineering preferred
- PC literacy
- Ability to facilitate most conflict situations and/or appropriately
- seek immediate supervisor’s assistance
- Functions independently with minimal supervision and some
- technical guidance
- Advanced SPC techniques
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Capable of basic print reading and interpretation of specification

- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively organize and plan
- Ability to facilitate conflict situations with peers independently
