Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Leadership and Vision:Lead the centre with a clear vision and positive culture.
Develop and execute strategies aligned with centre's goals.
Ensure compliance with regulations and operational standards.
- Educational Excellence:Cultivate an environment that encourages creative learning.
Support curriculum development and effective teaching.
Monitor and enhance educational quality.
- Family Engagement:Build strong parent relationships and address concerns.
Organize events to involve parents in children's education.
- Staff Development:Recruit, train, and guide staff growth.
Conduct evaluations and provide feedback.
- Operational Management:Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks.
Oversee enrollment, attendance, and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
- Previous leadership experience in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with SPARK is advantageous.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and regulations.
